5 Things I wish I asked my Broker 1. Most companies brag about training. Is it something I need to do online or via satelite from a national perspective or is it here, now, local and specific to our local market place?
Oh by the way, does the training cost anything?

5. Okay, the above package is loaded and really doesn't exist in most offices at that cost, there must be an ugly split to the agent like 40 or 50%! What is the compensation model with EXIT Realty Executives?
At EXIT Realty Nexus, each agents starts at a 70% split until they've earned $70,000. Then the online management software converts their production split automatically to 90%. Plus each agent receives bonuses equivalent to 10% of the Gross Production of each Agent they invite to the company. In other words of John invites Mary to EXIT and Mary earns approximately $60,000 year after year, John will receive a residual bonus of approximately $6,000 for each year from EXIT Realty for simply inviting Mary to EXIT. What if John introduces others like Mary to EXIT? John will always receive a bonus equivalent to 10% of the Gross Commission Income for each and every agent he invites to EXIT for as long as they are with EXIT. Could you do anything with that? There is so much more to this story. What if John decides to retire or go part-time with EXIT? John will continue to receive a Retirment Residual Income equivalent to 7% of the Gross Commission Income for each and every associate he ever invited to EXIT for as long as they work with EXIT. The benefits even extend beyond retirment and death. When John eventually passes away, his pre-chosen beneficiary will receive a death benefit equivalent to 5% of the Gross Commission Income of all the associates John ever introduced to EXIT for as long as those associates stay with EXIT. Might John's pre-chosen beneficiary be happy he joined EXIT? Might John's pre-chosen beneficiary also enhance their death benefit by referring their real estate leads to John's sponsors?
