With the ever changing real estate industry, agents are continually searching for marketing advantages, strategies, leads and more information.
Wow, I cannot imagine what it would be like to be in business for myself and by myself anywhere else but here.
Some of our agents generated alternative income opportunities by incorporating our BPO leads, training and leveraging our office leads. Renee, Dennis, Jodi, Patti Ann and now Chris are all supplementing their income with consistent BPO production. More importantly, they’re probably more in tune with the REO inventory and soon-to-be REO inventory than most agents.

Here at EXIT Realty Nexus, we have studied and positioned ourselves with the resources and Data Management resources to generate more Buyer & Investor related lead pools and transactions. Most of these leads are NON MLS related and that attracts the true investor to our agent lead pool.

What do I see happening in 2010 for our industry in general? Regarding the REO business, I’m seeing more Asset Management Firms beginning to spread their inventory around due to poor performing REO Brokers/Agents. That’s an opportunity for our trained and ready to perform agents here at EXIT Realty Nexus. Those who participate in the REO Training program and mastermind sessions are the successful REO Listing and/or Buyer Specialists with our team.
Regarding the Short Sale inventory? Bank of America has already aligned themselves with Equator (Formerly REO Trans) to set up a loss mitigation department and work their short sale assets like REO’s. I forecasted that last year and continue to believe that the Short Sale industry will evolve more like the REO model. Our agents working SHORT SALES have the SHORT SALE support services included within our office structure at no cost to them.
For 2010, I’ll go out on the limb and forecast 30 to 40% of closed business will continue to be lender mediated transactions and agents aligned with the Broker training and support in these areas will be more successful. I will also confidently say that 2010 will have a significant increase of closed Non MLS transactions for those agents wanting to working with investors, flippers and short sale buyers.
Our Data Management Services provides our Agents with the necessary inventory leads to better serve their clients.

Finally, one of the most exciting WEB LEAD GENERATING conversion mechanisms will launch after BETA in the first quarter of 2010. It's revolutionary and exclusive for our participating agents.
